Last night my 2017 Ford Edge wouldn't start in Westmoreland after pumping gas. The "no key detected" indicator came on even though the key fob was right there and had been working fine. After getting the spare key and that didn't work, I had to call AAA.  The driver came with the flatbed but because he couldn't get it in gear he couldn't get it on the bed. He was brilliant and Googled how to override the system! He figured out where the key fob should be placed and bam! the car started. The vehicle's manual was not correct in how to do this but he figured it out! We are so grateful for his smart thinking and also for YouTube! I don't recall his name but we would like you to please pass along our thanks.  Thank You!!!

A few months back a doe decided to cross the road and my car collided with the animal. The damage was extensive. But, J & L managed to replace the front end of my car without complications. My insurance company worked with J & L to make sure everything was going to be covered before repairing my car. The final results of the work my car needed was exceptional ! Back on the road and the car is looking great and still running great too ! Feeling safe ! Thanks !

On Sunday night, with all the grace and skill of a water buffalo, I managed to get one tire of my car stuck hanging over the 4 foot drop off in front of my parking space. As it turns out, my dad was right and driving in flip flops is dangerous (don't tell him, though!). I called Leon's, and Devon arrived about 15 minutes later. He examined my predicament and assured me that he could get me free with minimal damage to my car, and made me feel infinitely less ridiculous. He called a second truck, and when Mike arrived they lifted the front end of my car with one and pulled it back to safety with the other. I was free! They were quick and efficient, and never once made me feel bad about how ridiculous my situation was. To top it all off, their careful extraction meant that I came out the other side with only decorative damage to my car! They have earned themselves a customer for life! So if you ever drive your car into/onto/over something stupid, call Leon's. Because not all heroes wear capes...sometimes they drive tow trucks and don't make fun of you.

My son just got back home tonight to Connecticut. He was heading home from school for Christmas break on Thursday when his car would not start.  After a tow to Leon's that evening, I spoke with John Friday morning explaining his dorm closes at 6pm today.  John had a full schedule that day but said he would check the car out and get back to me before noon. He called back to tell me a starter was needed and he would be able to have it done THAT day. I was so relieved in knowing I would not have to make the drive up to New Hampshire to pick my son up and then have to come back up again for the car. Thanks to Leon's mechanics and John for his professional manner, and for getting my son home for Christmas.  Totally spreading the word about your service to all the students at Keene State.

I was super impressed with these guys. Our van broke down on my wife and kids while I was out of town, and AAA recommended this shop. They not only did great work on the car, but they offered shuttle services for my family all the way to West Brattleboro free of charge. They were professional, friendly, and good at what they do. No one ever wants to have to have work done on their car, but when we do, we'll be back.

So I have to say that I completely take back my statement that I would not recommend J&L Auto Body.  When the owner found out that I wasn't happy with the repairs, he called me himself. That in itself spoke volumes to me. Then, he came to my house to see my car himself and to take it to be fixed, leaving one behind for me to use so that I was at all inconvenienced.  It was probably the best service I've ever received. The fact that the owner genuinely cares about his customers, and the way their cars turn out, was a wonderful thing to experience first hand.  Thank you so much Ben!

They know what they are doing and from my experience give you honest insight. My latest repair was done right on time and my car looks amazing they even cleaned my rugs for me!

Went here last year looking for a car. Told them my budget and what I was looking for and in a matter of a few days they found my 2001 Tahoe, it was within my budget!! No pressure to buy and they were very eager to find me the car I was looking for. High miles but an immaculate service record and a very reliable car. Plus any damage or repairs that was there before I bought it the fixed at no charge to me. I will be going back when the time comes to find another vehicle.

Have had nothing but positive experiences with Leon's.  They know how to fix everything, they are never rude, and they have the most friendly staff - from the office staff to the shuttle driver to the mechanics...  I have been bringing my cars here for over 10 years now and will continue to do so.  I have 100K miles on my most recent vehicle and know I can get much more life out of it and can avoid the cost of replacing it for years to come because of Leon's.  I highly recommend them.

Leon's Auto Center helped us out tremendously, and was invaluable all throughout the process. We had a blown air compressor, which stranded us, and they towed us to their shop and got us back on the road quickly. When we continued to have issues with the part (we live many hours from them, so all this was by phone), the garage smoothly re-diagnosed and reimbursed us for the part and some of the labor. Throughout the whole process we never felt like we were being upsold, found the customer service and technicians to be honest and clear, and were impressed with how they handled the faulty issue after the fact. Absolutely recommend them for your service needs!

We called Leon's a couple of weeks ago because we were thinking of getting a used Prius. Eric Martin got right to work, and for the next several days he sent us several options via email, all within the price range we had set with him. Finally he found the one- and he had it ready for us within two days. It's exactly the car we wanted, and his great attention and service made it so easy. 
Leon's is now under new ownership, and if anything, the service has improved and the wait time has shrunk. We keep going back, and we keep being satisfied.

My battery died. I called AAA. Within a half hour, Mike Lussier from Leon's arrived. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the battery with a new battery. Mike was friendly and professional. I was very pleased.
